I was inpired by my mom-in-law to learn crochet. It's our bonding moment. My friends are laughing over it, telling me that it's too early a preparation for retirement. Well I told them back I could use a rattan rocking chair for my upcoming birthday. That would complete the scene, me crocheting, seated in a rocking chair, with warm coffee on the side in a cold rainy, stormy weather. Nice...
Well, it's quite addicting. And this is the reason why I haven't been able to update my blog. It's a great a hobby. It's teaching me patience. It's quite challenging, it's got some tricks. After my fifth try, I was able to manage to create what looked like a tiny bonnet when I was trying to make a coaster. Lol!
